Suicide Squad Isekai is directed by Eri Osada, known as the animation director of Jujutsu Kaisen. Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara are the screenwriters for the show while Naoto Hosoda is the character designer. Akira Amano provides the original character sketches. Kenichiro Suehiro composes an original score and music for the show.
