Scheduled my appointment the same day and they took me in earlier than I had scheduled. Staff was very friendly but the doctor didn’t really care to evaluate and he prescribed a medication that I am allergic too (which I mentioned to him). Service was great though

I wasn't sure if it was a minor reaction or life threatening but after being brought into the back room I knew I was in danger of my allergic reaction turning into shock, the nurse was speedy and efficient, I barely felt the shot to the bum, I'm grateful for the prescriptions sent to my pharmacy for later. The front staff was sympathetic and understanding, I love that they speak Spanish, very important!!Only thing I didn't like was while I was waiting 20 minutes for the shot to take effect was hearing the ladies having a fun time down the hall. There I was wondering if I'd be have to go to ER if things didn't improve and I can hear them laughing and joking. It's fine to have a good time at work with friends but they need to lower their volume out of consideration of the surroundings. But other than that I found this to be one of the better urgent care I've been to. Thank you

They ladies forgot about me, so I was waiting in the room for an hour.

Woke up made my appointment online and did all paper work online 👍 was in and of the office within 30 mins .. Staff and A+

They were very polite and helpful.Check-in was easy but had difficulty uploading ID and insurance cards.

The pain went off soon after the shot. Somehow around midnight, I was feeling some small pain, but it wasn't that much. Anyway, I slept off through.

The staff were incredibly nice and patient. I definitely will be going back there if I need to be seen by a medical doctor or medical staff for any reason.

I took a chance and didn’t book an appointment. Thankfully I was still in and out within an hour. They were understaffed so I highly appreciate their efficiency and empathy. Sick people tend to be grumpy and impatient and front desk was great at managing and communicating kindly.

I went in for a UTI. The young girl who checked me in was very helpful with me and others. She was so generous with her time helping non-English speaking patients with their paperwork. I’ve been to other medical offices where patients are left to fend for themselves. The only critique I have is that the young lady asked me in front of other patients what I was being seen for. I was embarrassed to respond. I was glad that the patient next to me didn’t speak English. However, the security man sitting behind heard and understood what I said. Would this be a HPPA violation? I suggest she instead ask patients if they are being seen for an illness or injury. Or ask the patient to write it down for privacy.
