The appointment went well and was fairly fast. The only issue is that they made the pain worse with their attempt to fix the issue I was having. If I had known it would have been like that I would have not made the appointment and not visited NextCare.

I was miserable and tired of being in pain. I went online and scheduled in minutes. I was able to upload my insurance card, ID, and fill out the intake paperwork all before arriving. Check in was on my phone but the front desk assistant was very friendly and courteous upon arriving. I was taken to the back quickly. The MA was so nice and took vitals quickly, the PA did a thorough examination and was also very nice. I was well cared for and was in and out in no time. I will definitely use this location again if I find myself in need of care again.

Booked an appointment online and was seen 1 hour after I booked it. I arrived and was greeted by front office person. Filled out paperwork and a very pleasant MA took me to the back. The PA arrived right after vitals and information was relayed by the MA. The PA, Loren was very kind and knowledgeable. We made a plan and I was discharged within less than 1 hour from arrival! Thank you!
